Singaraja- The Faculty of Medicine (FK) Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held an opening ceremony for its 5th anniversary, on Thursday (7/9/2023). At a young age, Undiksha’s eighth faculty is expected to be increasingly superior.

This anniversary event was opened by the Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs, Dr. I Wayan Artanayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd. He said that the existence of FK had given Undiksha a new color. Even though he is still very young, he has been able to contribute to the university through student achievements and through programs related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In the future, it is hoped that we can continue to improve and strengthen the capacity of Human Resources (HR) so that it can become Undiksha’s leading faculty, both in terms of quality and quantity of students. “With the existence of this FK, it will become a parameter of strength at the University,” he said.

Chairman of the Ida Bagus Committee, Dirgha Brahma Putra, said that the theme for this anniversary was Panca Warna, which means the great diversity that exists in FK Undiksha. “We think that at FK Undiksha there are quite a lot of study programs, which makes the diversity more and more every year,” he explained.

This series of anniversary activities will last for 9 days from 7-15 September 2023. Various activities have been prepared, starting from blood donations, and competitions in the fields of sports, arts, and academics. The event will end with an Arts Degree Evening which will take place on September 15, 2023. (Red_FK).
