Singaraja –Accreditation is the process of assessing the quality of an institution using predetermined quality standard criteria. This criterion will of course focus on assessing the quality of the institution so that you can see the quality of the institution. Implementation of institutional accreditation, in this case, the Medical and Professional Doctor Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha, is carried out periodically to maintain and improve the quality of the institution. The accreditation carried out refers to the criteria and procedures for accreditation of medical professional education study programs from independent higher education accreditation institutions for health (LAMPTKES). The current accreditation of the Medical Professional Education Study Program is C, so re-accreditation needs to be carried out after learning activities in the medical profession study program.
The accreditation agenda for the Medical Professional Study Program that will be proposed is in mid-2023. Preparation for filling out the accreditation form has been carried out previously since 2022 with performance and self-evaluation documents having been prepared in accordance with the LAMPTKES accreditation criteria bill. In order to finalize the preparation of the forms that have been prepared, mentoring activities are carried out by resource persons who are competent in preparing accreditation forms, namely Dr. Ika Sumiyarsi Sukamto, SSiT, M.Kes.
The event will be held for two days, namely 18-19 May 2023 at the Seminar Room, Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha University. On the first day, there was a presentation of material as well as tips for getting maximum points according to the PS performance document assessment matrix and self-evaluation. The second day’s activity was a detailed discussion of each criterion by the resource person and the PIC for each criterion.
Through this activity, it is hoped that the study program accreditation achievement points will increase, which will lead to improving the quality of FK Undiksha’s graduates and output.(Red_FK)
