Singaraja –Joining organizations on campus is very important for students to participate in them. The organization itself has the meaning of a forum for students to develop their student capacity in the form of aspirations, initiations, or positive and creative ideas through various activities that are relevant to national education goals as well as the vision and mission of the higher education institute itself which works organizationally.
In the campus environment, student organizations are divided into 2 categories including Intra-Campus Organizations and Extra-Campus Organizations. The Departmental Student Association often known as HMJ, is an example of an Intra-Campus Organization.
Being involved in an organization, of course, cannot be separated from understanding what is called “soft skill”. Not only in the world of work does this need to be understood, but in organizations, we also have to learn it as a provision in carrying out activities within the organization.
Saturday, November 12, 2022, the Upgrading activity for the Medical Department Student Association was held. This upgrading event was held online and opened by Deputy Dean 3, Dr. Dr. Made Budiawan, S.Ked., M.Kes., AIFO.
Upgrading HMJ Medicine is one of the agendas of the 2022 HMJ Medicine Internship and Upgrading series (MAU HMJK 2022) which is a work program created to generalize the abilities of functionaries related to fields in HMJ Medicine to develop “soft skill” organization through material provision. This year’s activity has the theme ‘Get to know HMJ, Grow Together‘ which is in line with the aim of MAU HMJK, namely to get to know HMJK more closely and develop and grow together through the development of “soft skills” in this Upgrading activity.
This Upgrading activity was attended by all functionaries and interns of the Medical Department Student Association. Hopefully, this upgrading activity can develop “soft skills” as well as the capabilities of all HMJ Medicine Undiksha functionaries regarding the organization. (TFK)
