Singaraja –Herodicus Medical Scientific Writers of Undiksha (Hermestha) is an organization that operates in the scientific field at the Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha. To increase student creativity and performance, Hermestha FK Undiksha held UMESCO (Undiksha Medical Scientific Competition). This activity is a national-level essay and poster competition that is attended by all undergraduate and vocational students in Indonesia. The work assessors in each field of this competition are lecturers at the Ganesha University of Education who are competent in that field.
This year, UMESCO’s work program takes the theme “The Role of Students in Restoring Indonesia’s Tourism and Creative Economy Sector by Reducing the Prevalence of Infectious Diseases in Tourists”. This UNESCO activity was held online on October 4, 2022, and was opened directly by Deputy Dean 1 of FK Undiksha, dr. I Putu Suriyasa, M.S., PKK., Sp.OK. This activity was carried out by FK students at Ganesha Education University
The hope of I Nyoman Galang Brahmantya as UNESCO is that this activity can provide benefits to the creativity and achievement of FK Undiksha students in writing essays and poster design and that the quality and quantity of work submitted by students can be even better in the future. (TFK)
