Singaraja – After a series of CRANIAL (School of Kastrat and Management Leadership Organizational Lesson) activities carried out for almost a month, this time the CRANIAL 2022 series has reached the end of the activities, namely closing. Cranial is a series of human resource development activities intended for FK Undiksha students which consists of several activities such as opening, providing material, discussion, evaluation in the form of pre-test and post-test, closing, and POA (Plan of Action).
On Monday, September 26, 2022, the closing ceremony for CRANIAL 2022 took place which was held semi-offline, and was closed by Deputy Dean 3, Dr. Dr. Made Budiawan, S.Ked., M.Kes. In his speech, he said “Knowledge of leading and being led by someone is also needed in organizational life, apart from that the leadership values ??of the Pandawa figures can be a role model for students”
The closing of Cranial in 2022, also attended by Deputy Deans; lecturers, and staff; Coordinator of the D3 Midwifery Study Program, Coordinator of Medical Professional Education Study Program, Head of Lab FK Undiksha, Head of TU FK Undiksha, Lecturer and staff, Chair of BEM in the Undiksha area, Chair of BEM FK Undiksha, Chair of HMJ (Medicine and Midwifery), Medical Student Representative (2019 – 2022 ) and Midwifery Student Representative (2019 – 2022).
The hope is that the CRANIAL 2022 activities which are carried out regularly every year, it can provide FK Undiksha students with knowledge and experience regarding management and leadership soft skills. (TFK)
