Singaraja –On Monday 13 September 2021, the D3 Midwifery Study Program, FK Undiksha again held PK 2 activities often called Midwifery Practice. This time, the participants who carried out PK 2 were 47 D3 Midwifery Semester V students. The locations for the PK 2 activities consist of 5 places, including Buleleng District Hospital, Busungbiu 1 Community Health Center, Gerokgak II Community Health Center, Banjar I Community Health Center, and Tejakula I Community Health Center. The PK 2 activity is chaired by Mrs. Luh Mertasari, S.ST., M This Pd will last approximately 3 months provided of course that students complete activity reports while carrying out PK 2 at the place they have chosen.
The PK 2 student handover activity, which was carried out simultaneously in 5 locations, was represented by each lecturer who had been given the task of guiding the students during PK 2. For the Buleleng Regional Hospital, the handover was carried out by Mrs. Ketut Espana Giri, S.ST., M.Kes as the PK 2 coordinator. At the handover ceremony for the PK 2 students at the Buleleng District Hospital, Deputy Dean 2 of FK Undiksha, Mrs. Dr. Dr. Ni Luh Kadek Alit Arsani, S.Ked., M. Biomed. The next location was Tejakula 1 Community Health Center, represented by Mrs. Ni Wayan Sugandini, S.ST., M.Pd. There were 5 students who carried out PK 2 at the Tejakula I Community Health Center and were immediately accepted by the Head of Administration at the Tejakula I Community Health Center.
Busungbiu 1 Community Health Center was represented by Mrs. Hesteria Friska Armyinia Subrata, S.ST., M.Kes as secretary of PK 2 activities for the handover ceremony. The next location is Gerokgak II Community Health Center. The handover ceremony at the Gerokgak II Community Health Center was represented by Mrs. Ria Tri Harini Dwi Russwati, S.ST., M.Pd. PK 2 students at the Gerokgak II Community Health Center are accepted at PKL. 13.30 by Ka. Local health centers and CI. The number of students who carry out PK II at the Gerokgak II Health Center is 6 people. For the Banjar I Health Center, the handover ceremony for PK 2 students, totaling 6 people, was represented by Mrs. Putu Irma Pratiwi, S.Tr.Keb., M. as the PK 2 coordinator at the Banjar I and Gerokgak II Health Center locations. The opening of the practice was held at 10.00 WIT and received by the head of the Community Health Center and the Coordinating Midwife CI.
It is hoped that by carrying out this PK 2 activity, apart from maintaining the good name of the alma mater, students are expected to be able to implement the knowledge they have gained during their lectures and be willing to receive new knowledge as a provision for the future in their respective practice places.TFK
