Singaraja – The PEMIRA SOP Determination Session is one of a series of PEMIRA 2024 activities. This activity was held on Sunday, December 3, 2023. This year, supervised by the Student Organization Student Representative Council (DPM) FK Undiksha, PEMIRA 2024 carries the theme, namely “The Leadership Odyssey: Path of Transition for The Revolutionary Vision“, which means that leadership must be able to bring about revolutionary change towards the desired vision, viewing transition as an integral part of this journey.
In carrying out leadership, there must be revolutionary changes that positively benefit the environment. Leaders are expected to be able to see transition as an integral need, meaning they have the ability to manage change well, including understanding that the journey towards a revolutionary vision requires significant transformation. In the context of the Faculty of Medicine, this could include increasing academic and non-academic programs that will bring new experiences to Faculty of Medicine students.
The PEMIRA SOP Determination Session activities began with the I Plenary Session which discussed the discussion of the agenda, discussion of the rules of conduct, and the determination of the permanent presidium. Then the event continued with the Plenary Session I which contained the determination of the results of the Plenary Session I. The activities continued with the Plenary Session II which discussed the Standard Operating Procedures of PEMIRA this year. After that, the event continued with the II Plenary Session which discussed the determination of the results of the II Plenary Session.
We hope that the implementation of the 2024 PEMIRA SOP Determination Session can improve a positive democratic atmosphere and bring about better changes within the organizational scope of the Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha University of Education.(Red_FK)
