Singaraja – The development of nursing science and technology fosters nursing skills as a profession. Nurses as health workers cannot be separated from the influence of increasing demands from society and patients, therefore nursing services as an integral part of health services must strive for self-development. Nursing education and development needs to be directed at producing nurses who have in-depth nursing knowledge and master scientific methods, and apply them in nursing care for clients, both as individuals, families, and certain community groups. This process needs to be prepared while a nurse is still in the educational process.
The learning process in undergraduate and professional education always requires an arrangement that can support nursing students/students to achieve mastery of professional skills, including intellectual, attitudinal, and psychomotor skills. Clinical learning needs to be carried out in professional education & is the most important learning in providing quality services to the community.
