Located in the Seminar Room of the Faculty of Medicine in Jineng Dalem Village, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. M Ahmad Djojosugito, Dr. Sp. OT(K), MHA, MBA opened the Faculty Strategy Plan Preparation Workshop which was attended by all Lecturers and Staff in the Faculty of Medicine, the Head of Education and Research at Buleleng Hospital and representatives of Medical Study Program students. The event began with singing the song Indonesia Raya, Doa, followed by providing material from the resource person.

In this workshop activity, there were four speakers including Prof. Dr. M Ahmad Djojosugito, Dr. Sp. OT(K), MHA, MBA who gave material “FK Undiksha Development Policy 2019-2024 with the advantages of Tourism Medicine”, dr. I Gede Suaryawan, MPH from the Buleleng Regency Health Service with the material “Policy Direction for Health Development in Buleleng Regency”, Ketut Suteja, SE from the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office with the material “Opportunities and Challenges for the Tourism Sector in supporting Medical Tourism” and the last resource person was Prof. Drs. I Wayan Subagia, M.App, Sc., Ph.D. with material “Policies and Steps for Preparing Strategic Plans in Higher Education”. The workshop continued with a group discussion to develop a strategic plan for the Faculty of Medicine and ended with handing over mementos to the resource persons.
