Singaraja – Thursday, June 15 2023 Undiksha medical study program students, especially those who are members of the course Yoga Medicine, Herbal Medicine, and Spiritual Healing carry out field study activities related to one of the lecture topics, namely herbal medicine.

Field study activities or field trips involving 20 students and lecturers, including Prof. I Wayan Muderawan, and Dr.dr.Made Kurnia Widiastuti Giri S.Ked., M.Kes, along with other accompanying lecturers Ns. Made Mahaguna, Dr.dr.Made Kurnia Widiastuti Giri, dr. Made Dinda Pratiwi, M.Biomed, and Irma Rahmayani, course instructors in herbal medicine at Undiksha Medicine.

The destination on this occasion was PT. Pak Oles Tokcer’s work is located in Bengkel Village, Busung Biu District, Buleleng. Upon arrival, students were given brief information about PT. The work of Pak Oles Tokcer, which is one of the IOT (Traditional Medicine Industry) companies in Bali with the most famous product “Bokashi Oil”. After that, students were introduced to various herbal plants by visiting the herbal medicine garden there. Students are also given the opportunity to see the processing process from plants starting from drying, grinding, maceration, and processing packing until the product is ready to be sold.(Red_FK)
