Singaraja- Can’t believe the COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for a year. For UNGU, the Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha, the youngest faculty in UNDIKSHA, has once again contributed to its achievements. COVID-19 is not a problem for FK students to work, compete, and participate in various activities.
The activity with the theme “National Galenica Competition 2021” which aims to increase student creativity, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, is very beneficial for today’s young generation. The competition, which was held online on March 20, 2021, was attended by 18 participants, of course with SMART ideas and mature presentations by the competition participants.
For example, FK Undiksha student Rr. Fitria Dwi Intan Milleniari. This FK student managed to win 3rd place in the competition. Taking the title “Utilization of Usada Buduh in the Form of Essential Oils for Patients with Symptoms of Delirium in Covid-19,” this sister, who is often called “Intan”, succeeded in eliminating 13 participants, and entered the top 5, then in the top 5, each student presented the results of his work and “Intan” won 3rd place.
Inseparable from the success of winning 3rd place in this competition, there must be a supervising lecturer who has been very instrumental in the “Intan” struggle. She is often called “Ibu Mestri” or her full name is Dr. Ni Nyoman Mestri Agustini, S.Ked., M.Kes., M.Biomed., Sp.N. He is one of the lecturers who is very active in guiding students in activities like this. As a lecturer and hospital doctor in Buleleng, he also doubles as the Head of the Professional Education Study Program, the FK Undiksha Professional Program is able to channel knowledge to students who are serious about wanting to develop.
