Singaraja –To increase the number of functional position analysts for educational staff, the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha made this happen by holding a “WORKSHOP ON MAPPING AND ANALYZING FUNCTIONAL POSITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL IN THE FACULTY OF MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha”. The workshop was held for 3 days from Thursday to Saturday, 12-14 October 2023, in the Meeting Room (Hotel Aneka Lovina) by inviting three presenters who are experts in terms of submitting proposals for functional positions, mapping needs, and career development of educational staff. The activity was opened by the Chancellor of the Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, represented by the Acting Head of the Financial and General Bureau of the Ganesha University of Education, inviting Deputy Deans, Heads of Laboratories, Study Program Coordinators in the Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha, and attended by all educational staff in the Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha, from the Head of Management. Business, Head of Sub Division Coordinator, Librarian, Public Relations, Study Program and Hospital Admin, Student Affairs, Academics to Laboratory Assistant.

The first discussion of this workshop is about “Types of Functional Positions for Education Personnel and Procedures for Submitting Proposals for Functional Position Needs” delivered by Mrs. Ni Made Purnami, S.S., M.M who is a Young Personnel Analyst at the Regional X office of the State Civil Service Agency. Material“Undiksha Faculty of Medicine Position Map” and“Recap of PLP Needs Per Faculty” given by Mr. Ketut Susila, S.Sos who is a Young Personnel Analyst at Ganesha University of Education. Meanwhile, the material description“Career Development from a Talent Management Perspective” as well as“Employee Career Patterns”  presented by Mrs. Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd who is the Acting Head of the Financial and General Bureau of Ganesha Education University.

“Workshop on Mapping and Analysis of Functional Positions of Educational Personnel in the Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha Education University” is expected to provide an understanding of how educational personnel position maps are produced as well as the efforts of education personnel in the Faculty of Medicine, Ganesha Education University in improving career levels in Functional Positions starting with understanding the points- PANRB Ministerial Regulations for each Functional Position, Supervisory Agencies for each Functional Position, Development Training for Functional Positions, UKOM, and other things.(Red_FK)
