Singaraja – CRANIAL (School of Kastrat and Management Leadership Organizational Lesson) is a Local LKMM-SK (Student Leadership and Management Training and Local Level Kastrat School) within the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Activities intended for FK Undiksha students consist of several activities such as opening, providing material, discussion, simulation, FGD, evaluation in the form of pre-test and post-test, closing, PoA (Plan of Action), and a series of other exciting events. This CRANIAL 2023 activity will take place from Saturday, 30 September 2023 to Sunday, 15 October 2023, and will only take place every Saturday & Sunday.

This activity was officially opened and closed by the Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Dr. Made Budiawan, S. Ked, AIFO. In his speech, he said that CRANIAL is the most appropriate media for training leadership and sensitivity. He also expressed his gratitude and thanks to the committee and cranial participants for completing this activity well. Apart from that, he also explained that maintaining trust and honesty is very important which must start now. Regarding leadership, he has a different perspective, he believes that the current generation is more energetic (the future belongs to the younger generation). He also invites the younger generation to become a driving generation so that they can solve challenges and be able to solve existing problems through the simplest things. He also advised that knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, of the three components, which are more difficult, to hone attitudes and behavior, attitude and behavior will determine us in the future (future).

CRANIAL 2023 activities carry the theme “Think the Apprehension, Vocalize the Action!” “Think the Apprehension” The meaning of this phrase is to invite the entire Academic Community of the Faculty of Medicine, Class of 2023, to always think about all the unrest, problems, and deviations in society, then dare to speak out and organize action to achieve a resolution for basic goals. As agents of change and social control, students must be able to identify all problems and unrest in society and then stand at the forefront to drive change in a better direction based on the norms inherent in society and the Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha. “Vocalize the Action” hopes that Cranial 2023 can form medical faculty students who have a culture that dares to vocally voice all long-term thoughts based on concerns and critical thinking on all assumptions and issues circulating in society. Then you can determine a plan or plans to overcome these problems.

The opening activity was attended by the Head of Administration, Representatives of MPM REMA & BEM REMA, Chair of BEM FK Undiksha, Representative of HMJ (Medicine & Midwifery), Representative of Medical Students (2021 & 2022), Representative of Midwifery Students (2022), Representative of Hermestha FK Undiksha, Chair of TBM-AS FK Undiksha, Chair & Deputy Chair of BEM FTK. The closing activity was also attended by DPM FK Undiksha, Chair of BEM FK Undiksha, Abhinaya Sagraha Medical Assistance Team, Hermestha FK Undiksha, HMJ Medicine, and HMJ Midwifery.(Red_FK)
