Singaraja –Taking place in the Student Center of the FK Undiksha Building (18/8/2023), the MIOKARD 2023 Opening Activity was held. This activity was officially opened by Deputy Dean III Dr. Dr. Made Budiawan, S. Ked, AIFO. MIOKARD 2023 activities carry a theme: ARTERIA MAXIMA: Achieving Learning Success through Integrity, Maximizing Potentiality.
The college orientation period is a very crucial transition period. Introduction to the institution, the values ??of integrity and honesty are crucial for students’ initial entry into the medical world. By instilling these values ??in new students, it is hoped that new students will be successful during their studies and even in the years afterward. Plus maximizing one’s potential and adding basic competencies as provisions to continue life in the role of a medical professional.
Arteria Maxima is another name for the aorta, which is the largest artery in the body. The first connection is between the heart and smaller blood vessel branches so that they can circulate throughout the body. It is hoped that the implementation of Miocardium will be the initial milestone in efforts to prepare prospective health workers to get to know and undergo a very long process.
This activity was also attended by the Head of TU FK Undiksha, Head of Lab FK Undiksha, Staff Lecturers, BEM REMA Undiksha, DPM FK Undiksha, Abhinaya Sagraha Medical Assistance Team, Hermestha FK Undiksha, HMJ Medicine, and HMJ Midwifery.
The opening ceremony for MIOKARD 2023 was carried out with great solemnity. The enthusiasm was clearly visible from the MABA (New Students) of FK Undiksha in participating in this activity.
