Singaraja – The Selection of Outstanding Students or MAWAPRES or PILMAPRES is a competition for selecting the best Indonesian students at university, regional, and national levels by the National Achievement Center, Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs under the auspices of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

PILMAPRES is a student competency that aims to develop student innovation through superior works that answer society’s challenges. 3 important factors are used for assessment, namely superior achievements, creative ideas, and English language skills. PILMAPRES aims to give appreciation to the best students who are ready to become agents of change to build a better Indonesia. PILMAPRES includes undergraduate and diploma categories. PILMAPRES is considered to have had a positive impact on the culture of achievement and respect for student achievements and work, including a model for student development in higher education circles, and can directly or indirectly raise the dignity of students and their universities.

This time FK Undiksha held the 2024 PILMAPRES activity (7/3/2024). This event takes place offline. The presidential election selection which took place at the faculty level included administrative selection and creative idea selection. This activity was opened directly by Mr. WD III FK, in his speech he emphasized the importance of innovation both academically and non-academicly. At the end of the event, a plenary session was held and it was decided that 2 students would take part in PILMAPRES at the University level. Students who will represent FK include Komang Maresta Rustikayanti (Undergraduate Program Representative) and Luh Nadia Kartika Dewi (Diploma Program Representative).(Red_FK)
