Singaraja –Thursday, November 23, 2023, the PK2O Hermestha x PK2O event was opened by Prof. Dr. Drs. I Ketut Sudiana, M. Kes. (Vice Chancellor III) in the Undiksha Campus Auditorium. The opening of the PK2O Hermestha x PK2O 2023 event was also attended by Dr. Dr. Ni Luh Kadek Alit Arsani, S. Ked., M. Biomed. (Deputy Dean II), Dr. Dr. Made Budiawan, S. Ked, AIFO. (Deputy Dean III), dr. Made Bayu Permasutha, S.Ked., M.Biomed. (Herodicus Medical Scientific Writers Of Undiksha Trustee), Muhammad Abi Ghoffari Siregar (Chairman of BAPIN-ISMKI), Abim Aufarizki Ardianto (Chairman of the PK2O Hermestha x PK2O 2023 Committee), Putu Sathiya Adi Janendra (Chairman of Herodicus Medical Scientific Writers Of Undiksha), Staff Staff FK Undiksha, Staff of the Organizational Working Group (POKJA) within Undiksha, Functionaries and Young Members of Hermestha FK Undiksha, and PK2O Participants. PK2O in 2023 succeeded in bringing in various universities from all over Indonesia, namely Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, YARSI University, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, Warmadewa University, Mataram University, Pattimura University, North Sumatra Islamic University, North Sumatra University, Udayana University, and Ganesha Education University. Participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in this series of PK2O events.

PK2O (Scientific Training and Organizational Skills) Hermestha is a scientific training activity as well as organizational skills, especially scientific institutions for medical students as cadres to continue the sustainability of institutional scientific institutions and BAPIN-ISMKI to learn more about how to run scientific organizations because as is known, the Hermestha organization has just been formed. approximately 3 years. By holding this PK2O activity, it is hoped that Hermestha management can increase their insight and knowledge which will later be prepared to run the organization according to its goals.

PK2O Hermestha is an activity providing material on how to manage scientific organizations which is intended as a means of increasing knowledge and organizational knowledge for all medical faculty students throughout Indonesia. The theme for PK2O activities in 2023 is “Ready to ESCALATE: Enhance the Scientific and Leadership Abilities.” The resource persons who will provide material for the 2 days of PK2O:

4. Bayu Kresna Wiratama, S.Ked with the material “Utilization of SWOT in the Strategic Direction of Development of Scientific Institutions”
5. Ni Nyoman Sri Witari, S.Sn., M.Ds with the material “Inspiring Editorial Design Art in the Development of Modern Media”
6. NS. Ni Kadek Diah Purnamayanti, S.Kep., M.Kep with the material “Methodology for Writing an Effective Bibliography and In-Depth Literature Review”

The PK2O event will be officially closed by Vice Chancellor 3, Prof. Dr. Drs. I Ketut Sudiana, M.Kes., along with Deans and Lecturers, Chair of Hermestha, Chair of BAPIN-ISMKI, and Chair of the PK2O Committee on Saturday, 25 November 2023. At the closing event, there will also be a Farewell party as a sign of the completion of PK2O in 2023. Hope The desired outcome of this implementation is to create a quality generation for scientific institutions and BAPIN-ISMKI as holders of the baton for the next management and to build a sense of belonging to scientific institutions and BAPIN-ISMKI, expand and strengthen relations between participants who are members of BAPIN-ISMKI on a regional scale, as well as adding hard skills and soft skills to collaborate with participants from various scientific institutions under the auspices of BAPIN-ISMKI.(Red_FK)
