Singaraja –The General Election (PEMIRA) is a forum that was formed to be a forum for self-actualization to create student leaders at the BEM Faculty of Medicine, Undiksha, directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly, and fairly. The General Election in BEM FK Undiksha is necessary so that the democratic process can be directed and take place according to a good and correct mechanism. A democratic party would not be complete without a Debate for the Candidate Pair of Chair and Deputy BEM FK Undiksha, therefore on Sunday, February 20, 2022, a Debate for the Pair of Candidates for Chair and Deputy BEM FK Undiksha was held.
This activity was carried out semi-online at the Health Laboratory Building (FK Undiksha Multipurpose Room) and broadcast live via BEM FK Undiksha’s live YouTube. There are a series of events that have been passed, namely starting with the Committee Presence, Participants Presence, and Invitation Presence. Then the event continued with the MC Performance and reading of the rules. After reading the rules and regulations, the main event began where the main event contained Debate Segment I (Self-Introduction Session), Debate Segment II (Questions from Panelists (WD 3, Ormawa Supervisor), Debate Segment III (Questions from the Chair of Ormawa), Debate Segment IV (Random Motion Solving), Debate Segment V (Questions from Participants), Debate Segment VI (Questions from Each Candidate), and finally Debate Segment VII (Closing Statement). Debate Activities for Candidate Pair of Chair and Deputy BEM FK Undiksha ends with Closing and Presentation of Certificates to Panelists and Moderator.
Through the Debate Activity for Candidates for Chair and Deputy BEM FK Undiksha, it is hoped that they will be able to elect the chair and deputy chair of BEM Faculty of Medicine Undiksha for the next management period following the interests of the community members within FK Undiksha and encourage the active role of students in channeling their rights in the student political arena as miniature citizens in society. country.
