Lasmawan also emphasized that to improve the academic quality of the faculty, strengthening Human Resources (HR) is very necessary. He encouraged lecturers who do not yet have doctoral qualifications (S3) to immediately study further. “For those who don’t have a publication, publish it. This FK must be blocked and supported by people with big hearts,” he stressed. Regarding student activities, the Vice-Chancellor, who is also the Chair of the Vice Chancellor II Forum for PTNs throughout Indonesia, asked that those carried out be those that can provide benefits to the faculty and have an impact on improving academic quality. “Take part in competitions with achievements. “Do research through groups,” he continued.
It was also revealed that Undiksha, which has a vision of “Becoming a superior university based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy in Asia by 2045”, places FK as one of the pilot project and development priorities.
