Singaraja –International programs are study programs organized by universities in collaboration with partner universities abroad. This program is generally open to Indonesian students and foreign students.
As reported from the webundiksha, Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) is again implementing international programs. This time in collaboration with the Holy Cross of Davao College, Philippines. The programs implemented consist of Field Introduction Practices (PPL), Field Work Practices (PKL), and Real Work Lectures (KKN).
This program was attended by 19 students whose presence was welcomed at Undiksha, on Thursday (27/4/2023) by the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Cooperation at Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., accompanied by related staff. On this occasion, representatives from partner schools and villages were also present. Students from various fields of study will take part in the program for two weeks.
It is hoped that the presence of foreign students at Undiksha will have a positive impact, on students, faculties, and units. Apart from that, it can strengthen Undiksha as a learning house for the international community or international at home which was launched in 2019. “I hope this activity will run well and provide benefits to all parties,” he said.
This time the Faculty of Medicine (FK) Undiksha received 1 foreign student. Received directly by Deputy Dean II FK Dr. Dr. Ni Luh Kadek Alit Arsani, S.Ked., M.Biomed at the Ganesha Education University Faculty of Medicine Building, the student whose nickname is “GM” will carry out a short Course consisting of PLP LN, PKL LN, and KKN LN.
In the future, it is hoped that more foreign students will come to take part in academic activities at FK Undiksha, the aim is none other than to introduce FK Undiksha abroad.(Red_FK)
